A Part of the Bay Clubs family, the Steve Nash Sports Club in downtown Vancouver is a 38,500 sq.ft state-of-the-art training and recreation facility. On 3 floors, it offers a variety of group classes, full member service (including a spa and refreshment stall coming soon), and a tri-level roster of nationally certified trainers.
Tantra Fitness, located in Southeast False Creek in Vancouver, offers a variety of exercise classes for women. I teach a weekly Boot Camp class there. Other offerings include Swiss ball classes, flexibility classes and different levels of pole dance training. The founder and owner, Tammy Morris, is an incredible woman!
